Damage Control

As you know, 3.3.3 is changing the way currency works for some PVP gear. Currently BGs reward specific marks of honor. These marks can be turned in 6 at a time (1 of each BG) for 1489 honor. On the PTR right now the quest rewards 3700 honor. So if you have a stockpile, it's best to wait.

Individual marks are turning in for 185 honor a piece. That's to help you clear out your old currency.

All old PVP gear that was purchased with marks is now purchased with honor. One bit that stuck out to me is the mounts. Currently they cost 30 AB, 30 WSG, and 30 AV marks. On the PTR they cost 50k honor. If you do the math and assume you don't have the other 3 marks (IoC, EoTS, SoTA) to turn in For Great Honor sets, (30+30+30)*185 = 16650. Much cheaper to buy mounts now if you don't have all 6 sets of marks to turn in.

I hadn't thought about these changes myself, as I just started to pvp again on the mage. Definitely helps me on the course of what I want to do with my badges!

A little bump reminder. Rumors are 3.3.3 Tuesday so buy those mounts if you care.

For me buying them with honor is easier than the 30 badges of each. (Fuck AV)
