Ive been in only a few other guilds, and the reasons i left mainly was due to the guild disbanding, drama, or people not working together. I look to progress through raids quick and am a team player. I won't truly stand for anything less out of guildies then a friendly enviornment and a lot of team work to guild that said instance out of the way.
I have cleared up to ToC 25 regular. I was in all my old guilds first team raids and led heals in almost all raids.
I was referred by a friend who was saying how great of a guild yall were, and i noticed your progressing through Icecrown Citadel, which i defiantely look at getting into.
At the moment, i really am not in need of much gear except maybe farming heroics for T9 Pieces, and working ona new cloak. (Just got hacked and blizzard couldn't recover my ToC 25 cloak :(.

I have a Survival Hunter, also well geared. Names Silentsniper his armory info is http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Suramar&n=Silentsniper. I mainly play Boominator though. Also, If you didnt notice from what I said above, im a Restoration Druid.
Things that concern me:
1) Since you just hit 80 in October of this year, and you mentioned your only other character was your hunter, it appears you have very limited experience healing.
2) I can only infer this further from very limited 25 man healing raid experience (except maybe I saw Ony) on your resto druid.
3) You also mention ToC 25 several times in your app (healing cloak from there, etc), but unless your armory is bugged, I don't see that you have downed any bosses from there.
I'm sure one of my more esteemed guildies will have more to say.....just my quick review.
