Left to meet up with co-workers. We are all server transferring in from 5 other realms in the next few days before we deploy.

Raid Experience:

ICC 10 7/12 ICC 25 6/12
My Wrath raid experience is split between myMoonkin spec and resto spec. I originally raided with my Moonkin in wrath. I raided with that spec up until 8/14 Uld 25. I then took a small break from WoW to move to fort riley kansas.

Why are you applying to Damage Control?

Was stopped by one of your members who recommended that I apply, so vola here I am.

Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.

Currently I am not doing much. Running heroics to killing time waiting on tardo buddies to server trans.

Are you prepared to rotate your raid spot?

Additional information you'd like us to consider:

As far as raid times go, I fly blackhawks in the army and sometime am I will flywith as little as 1 hour notice beforeI got to go to work. Most of the time i will get a flight schedule that is a week in advance, but it subject to change at anytime, if anyone is in the army they know what I mean.
I'll be happy to give my phone number if needed.

I went to the link provided but the gems and enchants were not showing up. Went to http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Suramar&cn=Spaceburrito and they are there. Looks like he progressed well in his previous guild and his gear is up to date with current content. I don't know much about Balance Druids but his trinkets seem odd for casters. But he may be mana starved or something.

I grouped up with him for a daily heroic today. When it started, he dropped group and said he didn't like me anyway. I find this somewhat odd. But there are a lot of people who don't like me. So at least he's honest?

I would say if he can get past his angst towards me then we should give him a trial and see how he does. I only mention this as I attend nearly all raids 10 and 25 and we don't want any disgruntled members brewing hatred every time we meet up.

That's why he dropped group ... really. FUCK HIM, if he won't even attempt to get through a 5 man without dropping because he doesn't like someone than we don't need him. Lord knows if dien gets to him, imagine what bean,shiro,katsah would do.


IMO not even worth looking at by his first act alone.

plus his "I can cop out of a raid at any moment" is pretty much a buzzkill.. nothing like having a healer bail mid boss fight.

Yeah. This is really too bad. Gear and progression seemed about right on par.
However, I was invited to that heroic and I heard how it unfolded as it happened. Dien is taking it in stride but as I heard it it sounded pretty crazy. And we certainly don't need to add any drama or flakiness to our happy little family.

One hour afk notice, and I would understand the not liking someone if it was one of the meaner pallychat members/Jbean, but getting like that with our more level headed MT. I don't think it matters if he's the best Druid on Suramar. Personality doesn't sound like a good fit and it would hurt the raid in the long run.
