He has a friend in the guild but no references.
Slridah
So a few things, age is a bit young. NOt sure who has friends that young besides maybe ranged? anyway. Almost no raiding experience, has no professions, no first aid. We aren't a guild to try out we are a guild that wants to raid and progress.

Anybody know who's friend this is? May suggest they try out a smaller 10 person/heroic type of guild before a raiding one.
Ranged
I'm fairly sure I did a ToC10 weekly for jara with him a couple weeks ago....He didn't know how to get certain totems like stoneskin out, didn't really have great gear, and didn't know how to heal overly well
