After they left I started new characters and didn't raid much. Started back a few months ago and transferred back to Suramar.

Good People - Didn't raid on time, bad leadership.
Unity - Current location, Don't have a raiding spot. And wont have one for a while..

Raid Experience:

I started out on Suramar raiding Naxx with Relic, led by Zeddicious. The guild broke apart once he stopped playing. A few of us formed our own guild, Cryptic, raided Ulduar, after they disbanded, I went to DnT and finished all of Ulduar. Forming Pugs and random groups with guilds in ToC and ToGC, I have raided the first 6 bosses in ICC and know fights leading up to them.

Why are you applying to Damage Control?

I heard from a member that DC has been looking for a ranged DPS for a while. Also, DC has been a successful raiding guild for quite some time...

Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.

Current GS is 5277. Currently 450 JC/Alch. My alts include Skinning/Herb (Max) Tailoring/Enchanting (leveling up now) I farm my own mats and make my own pots for guild use and profit.

Are you prepared to rotate your raid spot?

Understanding raid synergy, I am willing to forfeit my raid position to help the guild.

Do you have Ventrilo and a working mic?

Yes.

References (if applicable):

I don't know many members of DC, Ceelo is a new tank in the guild that came from Good People. A well knowledgeable tank and a good person, I would love to raid with him again.

Additional information you'd like us to consider:

Being in the military I am motivated, Dedicated, and willing to work to progress. Also, my work schedule does fluctuate, but I will notify an officer or post on when I will not be able to raid.

I ran VOA with him, and I put decent numbers, If you want to invite him to make some runs here is how you can type his name: "L(ALT+0228)byrinth"

Is it ironic to only me that he wants to leave Unity because he's not currently getting a raid spot but says he's willing to sit out of raids in our guild for "synergy".

He says he doesn't have a raid spot in Unity, and won't have one for a while. That's different than rotating.

DPS spots are quickly filling. Again this person may not have a raid spot immediately or "in a while". This is based on recent apps, recruitment and shuffling around of starting line up.

I'd say kneejerk reaction is to reject. DPS is gonna get saturated fast, which could lead to 5 people sitting out regularly, which leads to lopsided gear rotation, which leads to pissed off raiders.
