Unity, unfair raid times. Not to many friendly people, also not getting raid content down as fast I would have liked.
Raid Experience:
On my Alliance character named "Brugen" On the server Cho'gall I have reached Sindragosa but have yet to down her, or the Lich King.
Why are you applying to Damage Control?
Because I am looking for a raiding guild who is looking to get finished with end game content ASAP. I was told Damage Control was in need of a Restoration Druid, so i applied ASAP because I know how much of a pleasure it would be to be in this guild 
Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.
Right now, I am finishing up with heroics and focusing more on getting the pieces that heroics did not cover out of raids. What i'd definitely work on the hardest stat wise is probably my Spell Power.
Are you prepared to rotate your raid spot?
Yes, I am more then prepared whatever the guild asks of me, I'm up for.

Few comments:
Gear
Your resto set gear has too much of the wrong stats on it. Your first goal should be getting to haste cap, which is ~750ish with Celestial Focus, and ~850ish without it. However, you don't have Celestial Focus, and only 354 haste which is an issue.
Since badges are easy you should go for the 4pc T9 since the bonus is OP and you already have 3 pieces.
No enchant on your shoulders, helm, bracers.
Some lower level enchants need to be replaced with the best tier.
Hit rep ring should be replaced with haste healer rep ring.
Also you should never gem for full out spirit. It should be primarily spellpower, sp/haste, or sp/spirit to get meta requirements or nice socket bonuses.
Spec
Your spec could use a little work. I would drop Living Seed since you won't be ever tanking healing in 25, as well as Empowered Touch.
Glyphs
Your glyphs are really weird. I'm not sure why you have entangling roots, unless maybe for PVP. You should at least have Rapid Rejuvenation, which is almost essential in 25m raids when you get some nice haste.

Throwing something together last minute is a real way to get your app insta denied. I'll sit on this another day or two to see if he makes a post in the forums or does anything with the spec/glyphs.
