The Art of ruin, The reason i left because they were sticking back with there 2 main rogues that they have had forever and the GM told me i would be better off finding a guild that would be able to help im in progress instead of staying and pugging.
Raid experience im 7/12 in 10 man and 8/12 in 25 man but i have looked up all the fights and on my lock i have done 9/12 i no all the fight.
The reason I am applying to Damage Control is because i have heard they are an Amazing guild there friendly and the can run ICC without a problem and im looking for the experince of raiding with you guys and hopefully becoming apart of you guys.
I just left my guild a couple days ago im pugging currently, I really only need 1 piece and that is bracers which i lost in my last 25 man run. I pvp with another DK just for fun i guess.
If there is someone else that is doing a test trial run i would be happy to step out to improve the guild, Its better for guild 2 improve then instead of me as i would say.

Back to the matter at hand:
Missing enchants, I'm seeing, are an issue right now. On your rogue, you are only neutral with Sons of Hodir. This means that unless your lock is exalted and has access to the shoulder enchants, you are missing those badly. No helm enchant either, possibly an oversight? I see you're exalted with Ebon Blade. No chants on your weapons either?
What is the name of your lock who has 9/12 experience? Just be aware too, some fights are vastly different between ranged and melee DPS.
Leatherworking not at 450 for any particular reason? Dropped an old profession and was levelling that one?
Also though, we are deep into ICC25 heroic modes, meaning regular modes kicked up a few extra notches of OMG WHYYY!!!!. You don't have any experience in any heroic modes (which isn't bad) save for heroic Lootship, but you don't have experience on Valithria, Sindragosa, Blood-Queen Lana'thel, or Lich King (which is sorta kinda bad). I know you've mentioned you've looked up the fights, but does this also mean you've seen the videos, read the strats, and know the differences of heroic vs normal mode?
Finally, I know you consider yourself fun and energetic, but you're also 16. Not meaning to knock your age, but at that age, you tend to be subject to the demands of school, parents, chores, homework, curfews, and the other teenage annoyances. Do you think you are able to balance and juggle life with raiding? You said Eastern time. I think. Meaning our raids, which go until 9:30 pm server, go as late as 1:30 am your time. Wouldn't your parents try to restrict this in some way, or is there a curfew we would have to worry about?

16 on East Coast time, I'd want a guarantee that your mom/dad are okay with you being up to 1am Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday night (all of which impact the following school days) just for the sake I don't want to feel bad about the possible effects on grades and school performance it would cause.
Other then that, Runa mentioned most the stuff I noticed -- Except that the RSS/Recent Activity feed doesn't list that the un-enchanted items were recently acquired.

Deady, Please never ever ever put your GearScore in a application, unless some told you to do so -- I'm positive to say that Damage Control Guild will never ask for that meaningless number .
As you should know, that "score" does not represent what this guild needs (or wants) to know in terms of real skills or attitude that a potential member must have in order to get a invite.
Please open a post in the Application Form, so you can answer the questions that we made so far.
