Sad to say no heroic raid experience
I love to raid! Plan and simple. It's great to get to know people, and then join together to take down an extremely hard boss. I simple love getting to know people, raiding, and trying to get better and better at what I love to do.
I am running the daily randoms to get badges for T10, and I'm also running raids that my friends put together.

Thank you for submitting your application to Damage Control.
When you get a chance, please take a moment to go to the top of the page and under "Forums > Application Feedback" click the "Add Thread" button to the right hand side at the top. Create a thread with a subject of "Totemhorn" (using the same name for Author) and post any additional information you wish us to have, as well as answers to any postings on your application here.
Thank you for logging out in your PVE gear, please remember to do so as best as possible for the next day or two until the majority of our members have had a chance to review your application (though, as I frequently mention -- "Gear can easily be obtained, intelligence and motivation can not")
Unfortunately I do not understand the shammy class, however we're lucky to have good players in this guild who do. For those players I have, I believe, only 2 questions:
1) Have you read and watched fight strategies and videos on heroic difficulty changes.
2) Aside from specific gear and instances you are running, can you clarify/expand on--
2a) What Stats(crit/hit/haste/agiil/etc./whatever) are you looking for (what are your 'magic numbers,' if any) -- Aim your explanations towards shaman experts simply as a check for understanding and not as a chance to teach us all how to play you ;-)
2b) What sites, research, or spreadsheets do you do to keep up on your class theories and strategies.
Again, I am not an expect on your class and spec, I am merely a guild member (not officer) wishing you the best of luck on your application and trying to help give you hints at the best way to get attention in our guild (hint: through knowledge) as we're not actively recruiting DPS classes -- but as we say, exceptional players are always welcome.
Also from the Recruitment box: "Remember, you only get one chance to make a good first impression."
Here is your chance to show us what you know,
Good Luck, and please keep tabs on your application and forum thread when they are created.

Why do you skip Imp Windfury totem and have imp fire nova totem?
Why don't you pick up the haste flame shock totem? Haste scales much better than static AP especially late in iCC.
TO be really valuable we need players knowing Heroic Hard mode stuff. After this weekend we'll be 10/12 HICC. What value can you bring to the guild?
Why no second spec? Serious raiders should have a decent off spec set to be even more valuable in ICC. We need people to be flexible and versatile. We at the moment aren't recruiting. We do look for exceptional players who can add something to the guild though.
Your enchants are spot on with the exception of boots. It's proven that you'll get marginally more DPS from a speed enchant to boots. That said, if you time wolves well and depending on the fight, it's a personal preference.
Your gemming and Relic choices are a little strange to me. The general rule for Enhancement with Haste vs AP is when you are over roughly 4500AP and 35% crit self buffed Haste will have slightly higher return than AP single target. We're talking min/maxing here thought, it's about a 30-50DPS difference. You have a few 20AP/15 stam purple gems in your blue sockets. If you were going for the Meta requirement I could be persuaded to agree with that deciison, but your +10 stats in the belt covers Meta already. Despite socket bonuses, you'd be doing better DPS with Haste or AP in those blues. Your hit looks fine, no need to gem for it. Don't be afraid of more hit rating though, it scales very well. Your expertise is below the cap which can actually sim as higher DPS in some situations, but not with that awful trinket. You should be able to put Haste/AP Ametrines in your open Reds and Haste King's Ambers in your yellows and call it a day.
Not sure on your Frost Emblem income but I'd recommend getting your 4 piece then replacing that expertise trinket with the best in slot Haste trinket from Frost Emblems.
I have some more info that I'm going to put in your reply in a few minutes.
