Please answer the 2nd part of:
Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.
Include Stat preferences, magic numbers (if any) or approximate stat prioritization.

Also please answer:
Do you have links to WOL/WWS reports?

Is there really nothing else for us to consider?

How do you feel your age and/or current living conditions will effect your raiding until 12:30am 3 of 5 school nights every week? Is this intended as a 'for the summer only' application?

In addition to Pseudo's observations, I picked apart your armory a bit.

• Helm, back, and chest are lacking enchants. Was this an oversight?
• Mining and Skinning professions are not the most optimal for DPS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but these are strictly gathering professions with no real long-term benefit to a raider. Further, your mining is nowhere near maxed out. What's up with that?
• Why aren't you Exalted with Sons of Hodir yet? That is one of the easiest reps to grind because of the Relic of Ulduar repeatable turn-ins.
• ICC 9/12 i know 12/12
What does this even mean? Your armory shows 9/12 in ICC10 normal, yes, but you show nothing beyond the first four PUG-farm bosses on 25 man.
• Age was already addressed by Pseudo

Most telling, your app is the bare bones basic. You have no references, nothing showing at all why you would make an exceptional player to add to our roster, and no explanation why we should even consider trialing you. Nothing shows your personality, or style, or much of anything. It's almost as if you spent 3 minutes to slap this together hoping we'd overlook the lack of detail.

Remember, you only get one chance to make a good first impression.

You blew your one chance, to be honest.

Honestly, with the lack of relevant reputations at exalted, missing enchants showing you don't really seem to care about ensuring your toon is at their very best to perform and succeed, and most critically, lack of experience in the upper levels of ICC25 (meaning you have no idea how heroic modes would work), combined with your age and the haphazard way this application was composed, I don't believe you would be a good fit with Damage Control.
