The app is sparse. Doesn't really show any personality, other than the grammar nazi in me screaming at the sheer lack of proper grammar or spelling, but I'm just nuts like that too...
For how strong our raid roster is, off the bat I don't think he is a good fit at all.
Raid experience? "Yes" is not a valid answer. It should have detailed what raids, if any, this player has done. According to strictly app, he has none. However a glance at the armory shows he's killed all the way through Blood Princes on ICC25, -once-. Ashen Verdict rep is revered, but anyone can get it that high farming the trash nowadays.
A WoL or WWS of some sort would be nice as well.
Another one that I hate to bring up, but the applicant is 15. The usual RL aggro situations apply.
At our skill level however, and for never seeing any of the advanced/end-ICC fights, he would likely end up being a liability than a benefit in the raid during heroic mode attempts.
