When I originally joined the World of Warcraft, I came over with a group of friends who were in the guild Dysfunctional. Shortly after I started playing, though, they tired of the game and quit playing. Since I wanted more, and wanted to experience raiding, I began looking for a guild. I then applied to Resurgence who later became Art of Ruin when they converted to a 25 man guild. Recently, after some personal differences, I decided that it would be best to look for a new guild. While I wish the people at Art of Ruin the best success, it's just not the place for me anymore.
Raid Experience:
I began playing after WotLK came out, so my raiding experience is pretty much limited to this expansion.
ICC: 10 Man - 12/12 (With Marrowgar, Gunship, Saurfang, and Festergut on Hardmodes down)
25 Man - 11/12 (With Hardmodes on Gunship completed)
RS: Cleared on 10 and 25 Man
ToC 10 Man - Cleared, in normal and Heroic
ToC 25 Man - Cleared on Normal with a couple of bosses in Hardmode down.
Ulduar: I have never completed Ulduar, since ToC was already out by the time I started raiding. I have done many of the fights, some on Hardmode, but I have never finished it in it's entirety.
Ony: Cleared on 10 and 25
Naxx: Cleared on 10 Man (with a successful undying run)
OS: Cleared on 10 man with a 3 drake burn.
Why are you applying to Damage Control?
I am looking to find a "home" in a raiding guild where the people are friendly and the end goal is to have fun while working together to accomplish a common goal (ie- finish game content). I know a couple of the people who are currently on your roster, as well as some former members of the guild, and I have enjoyed getting to know each of them. I look forward to meeting some more of you, should I be given the chance.
Please tell us how you are currently working to "gear up" your toon and maximize your raid output (such as running heroics, PuGs, crafting, PvP, arena, etc.) and what current stats you're looking to improve.
Since I have run out of things to buy with frost badges, I don't run a heroic every day though I still average a couple a week in the off chance I ever need them for something (trading down for gems, saronites for crafted items, etc). I generally run VoA 25 man every week as well as ICC 25 in an effort to achieve the upgrades that I need. Since changing from Survival to MM when I updated my computer, I need a few more upgrades that I did initially. I was saving my dkp for the crossbow from LK (and the polearm), but unfortunately we never downed him before I left Art of Ruin. With my gear level, ICC10 doesn't offer many/any upgrades for me. I'll also be trying to get into a RS run, but it's not really pugged on our server yet.
Are you prepared to rotate your raid spot?
Absolutely. I know that there are encounters that require certain compositions, as well as the fact that not everyone is needed for every raid. I don't get the shakes when I'm not invited for a certain raid night, nor do I get my feelings hurt because someone else signed up first or has a vetted position in a raid when I don't.
Do you have Ventrilo and a working mic?
Indeed, I do!

Additional information you'd like us to consider:
I know that Damage Control will be taking a break from raiding as we've reached the end of the expansion. While you're not actively recruiting anyone, I'm fine with taking a casual spot with the understanding that I may not get to raid often if at all. While I would like to be able to raid, I do understand that there are other hunters ahead of me, but I'd be fine with a fill in spot should you be short people on a week you do raid.
I'm generally raid aware, but before my computer was updated I did get hit by my fair share of goos and slimes (I said it for you Runa ). I strive to be the best raider I can be, and am willing to take tips and improve my performance however possible. Thankfully, my comp has been upgraded so this shouldn't be as much of a problem.
I also have a decently geared mage that can me used for runs if needed (and a Pally that I've started working on too).
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I do hope to be given the chance to run with you and get to know you all better.

I've had the honor of raiding with Kaillech for quite a few months now. No matter what raid, whether it was ICC10 or 25, she just about always brought her A-game to my raids.
Not going to critique her hunter, as I do not play one, but she is a solid raider overall.
All relevant WotLK factions are at exalted, gear's all at 264/277 save for trinkets (and we all know how it is with trinks), all her gear is gemmed and enchanted with the best possible options. Well, with chants. I don't know squat about hunter gems. =P

Gems are correct also, she's at the shitty point where you're so close to the arm pen cap you can feel it but just can't get over that edge.
With 3 full time hunters not sure if we really have room for another but I'll leave that up to the powers that be.
